Emmanuelle is a graduate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques (Sciences Po) de Paris (Economics and Finance Section - 1990) and Paris II Panthéon-Assas University (Master's in business law) and qualified as a lawyer in Paris in 1994.

After spending more than ten years within the French law firm Rambaud Martel where she became a partner in 2000, she joined the US firm Proskauer Rose in 2006 as a partner in the Litigation & Arbitration department, before moving to the international firm DLA Piper in 2008 where she headed the Insurance practice for France.

Emmanuelle provides both advisory and litigation services in construction law, insurance law, industrial risk and professional liability.

Emmanuelle is a member of AMRAE (Association for Companies' Risks Management and Insurances) and AIDA (International Insurance Law Association); her experience is recognised in the legal guides Chambers Europe and Legal 500 Europe and Paris.
